Less Scrolling, More Strolling.

Craving IRL connection, community, friendship, nature? Yeah, us too.

In a time when everything feels a bit…much, we wanted to create something simple for likeminded people who also want to slow down, breathe some fresh air, and come together for a nice day in nature.

So we started Touch Grass, a seasonal low-key stroll, in a London green space to observe the seasons.

One in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.

🌿 What to Expect

  • A friendly, low-pressure group walk (around 1.5 hours) with regular pauses to take in our surroundings

  • Time to chat, listen, or just enjoy the outdoors

  • A chance to meet like-minded people and feel more connected to other nice human beings

  • A gentle pace, good chats (or companionable silence), and a few mindful moments to notice what nature’s saying.

  • Sometimes we might throw in a little creative seasonal activity like: foraging for bits to make a hidden mandala // passing around a film camera // reading poetry // swapping recipes // sketching

  • We’ll start outside a local coffee shop (for optional hot drinks and a toilet stop), then head off together.

You’ll get the full meeting details via email after booking, and we’ll set up a WhatsApp group to share pins and info on the day.

🍄 If This is Your Vibe

  • Kindness & courtesy – Be nice, basically.

  • Inclusion – Everyone’s welcome. Come as you are.

  • Respect for nature – Leave no trace, stay on paths, say thanks to the trees.

  • Presence – We value being with each other. We pause to notice lovely stuff, and considerately adjust our pace to match whoever is beside us.

Then please join us :)
