Slow Down Club was founded by us, Aimee and Amanda, two partners living in London.
The grief of losing Aimee’s dad sparked a complete perspective shift for us about what was really important in their lives.
Reflecting on our daily habits, we both identified a shared need to always feel productive and busy. We created Slow Down Club to counter this story for ourselves and others, as a reminder that being busy isn’t the only state of being, nor is it even the most fruitful.
Making time to notice what’s around, to play, be in nature, reflect and slow things down is where some of the greatest joy, connection and peace can be found.
With this in mind we set about to create Slow Down Club.
Slow Down Club is about crafting tools, resources and reminders to be more present. It’s about questioning how we see the world and our place within it. It’s about practising gratitude and searching for new perspectives.
Our range is inspired by slow rituals, nature and the outdoors.
All products are handmade in the UK.
